OUR CONCEPT

The word mezcal has been transmitted from generation to generation, guarded by an agricultural, traditional, culinary and family culture. Mezcal masters look for the wild plant to turn the Agave or Maguey into a spirit, called the «Tree of Wonders» by the Swedish naturalist Carlos Linnaeus.

La Silvestre Mezcalería pays tribute to mezcal and other Mexican artisanal spirits. Located in the center of San José del Cabo, it is a space for honest talk, Oaxacan food, live music and the celebration of ancient cultures.

Tlayuda

Creole corn, beef, choricillo, pork shoulder, black beans, cheese, cilantro, cabbage, pickled onion, radish.

Asada Taco

Handmade Creole corn omelet, grilled beef tenth, pork seats, fresh cabbage and avocado, accompanied by a grilled toast with seat and tatemada sauce.

Asada Quesadilla

Handmade extra large Creole corn tortilla, roast beef, quesillo and pork seats, accompanied by tatemada sauce and guacamole.

Carnitas Taco

Handmade criollo corn tortilla, Michoacán-style pork bell and Chamorro carnitas, avocado, red onion and red sauce.

Cabeza Taco

Handmade tortilla with Creole corn, braised beef head, onion and cilantro, accompanied by meat consommé.

Mole Taco

Handmade tortilla with Creole corn, mole of the day, pork, pickled vegetables and pickled red onion.
